It is to our understanding that The Who members Roger Daltrey, Pete Townsend, John Entwistle & Keith Moon autographed this album cover at the Philipshalle, Düsseldorf in Germany on their 'By Numbers' tour on the 31st of October 1975. for a collector/fan.
